Директор фонда «Оазис Кыргызстан» Мээрим Осмоналиева заявила о том, что 14-летнюю девочку полгода кололи наркотиками и принуждали вступать в интимную связь с иностранцами. Пост об этом правозащитница разместила у себя на странице в Facebook.
«К нам обратилась в слезах мама несовершеннолетней девочки 14 лет, которая была завербована обманным путем в вебкам-бизнес, в коммерческую секс-индустрию, - написала она. - Со слов матери, девочку насильно кололи героином, другими наркотиками и сдавали разным мужчинам, иностранцам. Практически где-то полгода ее периодически насиловали взрослые мужчины и передавали из рук в руки. За это время девочку успели заразить разными венерическими заболеваниями, выбили зубы, держали в подневольном состоянии в различных саунах, квартирах, особняках.
Ее не только сдавали мужчинам — преступники также снимали видео с ее участием, продавали записи международным порносайтам.
Мама обратилась в июне 2022 года в Первомайское и Октябрьское РУВД, где на допросе девочка показала все адреса салонов, назвала все имена преступников, показала все записи и свидетельства. Судмедэкспертиза не выдала заключение маме о том, что ее дочь была систематически изнасилована. Об этом родительница узнала в частной клинике.
До сегодняшнего дня на звонки матери следователи не реагируют, не отвечают, не предпринимают никаких действий. Уголовное дело до сих не открыто. При этом маме и девочке постоянно поступают угрозы. Пострадавшая девочка также дала показание, что эти преступники держат других малолетних девочек. Милиция знает, но не реагирует уже как полгода, хотя все доказательства есть.
Эти преступники, по ее словам, продолжают вербовать несовершеннолетних девочек, продают их по 100-200 тысяч сомов иностранным клиентам. Допрос девочки следователи проводили без участия соцработника, адвоката, законного представителя, психолога.
